Below are the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) that govern your access to and use of our online platform, through which psychological counseling is provided (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by The Relax Team, and may be accessed through various websites or applications owned and/or operated by us, including, but not limited to, the “therelax101@gmail.com” website and related applications.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before you begin using the Platform. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, you should not access the Platform.

Therapists and Therapy Services

The Platform allows you to communicate with therapists who provide their services through it (“Counselor Services”). These therapists are independent service providers, and are not employees, agents or representatives of the Team. The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating communication between you and the therapists, and the therapist providing the services themselves is the responsibility of the therapist. If you feel that the therapist’s services do not meet your needs, you may change to another therapist within the Platform. If the therapist stops providing services through the Platform, you will be notified by email with the opportunity to appoint a new therapist.

While we hope that the therapist’s services will be helpful to you, you acknowledge and agree that they may not be appropriate in all cases or a substitute for face-to-face care. If you are experiencing an emergency or are thinking of harming yourself or others, you should immediately contact your local emergency number, as the Platform is not intended to handle such situations.

Privacy and Security

The protection of your information is of great importance to us. You can find information about our security and privacy practices in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your acceptance of the Privacy Policy attached to the Agreement as part thereof.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You hereby waive any claims that may arise from the therapist’s services or the Platform, including, but not limited to, any omission, opinion or suggestion that the therapist may make. The Platform is used “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Your Account, Declarations, Conduct and Obligation

Under this Agreement, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to use the Platform and agree to its terms. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any unauthorized use of your account. You also acknowledge that you will use the Platform personally and will not use it for the benefit of third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted using your account, and you agree to compensate the team for any damage that may result from using the account without your consent.

Modifications and Interruptions to the Platform

The Platform or any of its services may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice, and the team will not be liable for any damages that may result from that. The Platform may experience interruptions for technical reasons; therefore, continuous access to it is not guaranteed.

This Agreement may be modified by posting the amendments on the Platform. All amendments become effective upon posting; therefore, we advise you to check the terms and conditions periodically.
