Refund Policy Summary
Before Service: Refunds can only be made if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours before its scheduled time. The client must provide their bank account number.
Refund Process: Refunds are made through bank transfers. The client bears the costs and commission of the bank transfer.
Therapist Cancellation: A refund is provided if the appointment is cancelled by the therapist or the therapist fails to attend without prior excuse, unless the client chooses to transfer the reservation.
Refund Timeline: If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the bank account within 10-15 business days. The customer will be notified via email.
