Refund Policy
Understand our refund process, eligibility criteria, and timelines for TheRelax services.
Refund Request Before Service
Refunds can only be made if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.
The client must provide us with their bank account number to process the refund.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Refund Process
Refunds are made through bank transfers. The client bears the costs and commission of the bank transfer.
In the following cases, a refund is provided if the client does not wish to transfer the reservation to another therapist or keep the amount as a balance:
- The appointment is cancelled by the therapist
- The therapist fails to attend without prior excuse
General Terms
The client is not entitled to a refund after completing the session.
The session amount or part thereof is not refunded if the client requests to end the session during its validity.
Technical Problems
In the event of technical problems on the site or application that prevent access to the session, the customer service team must be contacted to resolve the problem.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer will be compensated with another appointment.
Refund Period
If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the bank account within 10-15 business days.
The customer will be notified of the completion of the process via email.
Delayed Refund
If the amount is not received after the notification, the bank account must be checked first.
The customer is advised to contact the bank, as the process may take some time to be officially completed.
